Child Safety Standards – Hola25

HOLA25 S.R.L. ("Operator", "we") is committed to keeping Hola25 a safe environment and protecting children from any form of abuse and exploitation. These Child Safety Standards supplement our Child Protection Policy, Content Policy, and Terms and Conditions.

1. Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE)

Hola25 enforces a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) material and conduct. The following are strictly prohibited on the platform, without exception:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexualizes minors, in any form (images, video, text, drawings, or artificially generated content);
• Grooming, solicitation, or any attempt to contact a minor for exploitative purposes;
• Promoting, facilitating, soliciting, or distributing such material or conduct.

2. Minimum age and use by minors

The Hola25 platform is intended for users who are at least 16 years old, in accordance with Article 8 of the GDPR and Romanian Law No. 190/2018. Registration and use by persons under 16 are not permitted. For users between 16 and 18 years old, we recommend parental supervision. 3. How to report CSAE or unsafe behavior

If you encounter or suspect CSAE material or any behavior that endangers a child's safety, please report it immediately:

• In-app: use the report option ("Report") available on a user's profile, on content, or in conversations;
• By email: write to contact@hola25.com, including as much detail as possible.

We review all reports promptly and as a priority. The identity of the reporter is kept confidential. For immediate emergencies, contact the police at 112 or the Child Helpline at 116 111.

4. Enforcement and reporting to authorities

When we identify content or accounts that violate these standards, we:

• Remove violating content and suspend or permanently delete the accounts involved;
• Report apparent CSAE to the relevant authorities and/or the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), as required by applicable law;
• Cooperate with law enforcement during investigations and preserve relevant evidence in accordance with the law.
