The video room opens 5 minutes before the start, right in your browser. After the lesson, you confirm it happened, leave a review and — if you clicked — continue together.

Cancel at least 24 hours before: 100% refund. Between 2 and 24 hours: 50%. Under 2 hours before the start, the lesson can no longer be canceled.

Once per lesson, more than 12 hours before the start, you can move your lesson to another of the teacher's open slots — at no cost.
Problems? Open a dispute.
If the lesson didn't go as it should have, open a dispute right from your booking page, and an administrator reviews it and decides on the refund.

Every trial lesson is recorded and kept for 3 months — objective evidence in any dispute and extra safety for both of you.

Only students who paid for and took a lesson can leave reviews, so teacher ratings reflect real experiences.
Confirming the lesson is your call: after it ends, you are the one who confirms it happened or opens a dispute. Nothing settles over your head.

Yes. Canceling more than 24 hours ahead gets you a full refund, between 2 and 24 hours half of it, and under 2 hours cancellation is no longer possible. Separately, you can reschedule for free once, at least 12 hours before the start.
