This policy applies to everything published, transmitted, or delivered through Hola25: profiles, tutoring listings, messages, files, lessons, reviews, images, audio, and video. Authors are responsible for their content. Hola25 does not pre-screen every item but may review it after a notice or through proportionate controls.
Capitalised terms have the meanings given in the Terms and Conditions, which are incorporated into this Policy by reference. Live Lesson Service is the technical role defined there, not the Provider of the educational product. Private Recording Storage has the functional meaning defined in those Terms.
The profile, photo, name, and description must represent the person or entity offering the service. A public pseudonym is allowed only if it is not misleading and real information required for payment or reporting is supplied separately to Hola25.
Upload only content you created or for which you hold all required permissions, including music, images, excerpts, translations, software, and another person's appearance. You must be able to demonstrate rights on request. Attribution does not replace a licence where permission is required.
You retain ownership of your content. For public items, the Hola25 licence is non-exclusive and limited to hosting, technical reproduction, display, indexing, moderation, and promotion of the relevant page for as long as needed to operate the service.
Reviews must reflect a genuine, relevant experience. Purchased, coordinated, self-authored, undisclosed incentivised, or extortionate reviews are prohibited. A teacher may not demand removal merely because a review is negative or retaliate against its author. Hola25 may label, hide, or remove a review that violates this policy and may retain evidence of the decision.
Keep an appropriate environment, respect the educational purpose, and do not move a child to a private channel not approved by the parent. Do not record, photograph, retransmit, or publish a session without a legal basis, specific notice, and all required permissions.
Recording through the Live Lesson Service is a mandatory characteristic of live lessons active on Hola25 and is separately accepted before checkout; that acceptance proves notice, while the grounds are stated in the Privacy Policy. Only enabled audio, video, and screen content is captured; the camera may remain off where the room permits, and bystanders and private background should be protected. The teacher and participants authorised for a segment may use the recording only in the space and for the purposes notified by Hola25 and under the product rules; authorised Hola25 personnel may review it only for safety, refunds, or disputes. A technical error may prevent the recording from starting, continuing, synchronising, or being saved. Processing may take time, and there may be offsets of a few seconds, gaps, interruptions, or incomplete files. Hola25 does not guarantee exact synchronisation, completeness, or availability of a recording. The status shown in the room is the applicable status; if the product requires recording and the system cannot confirm it, the lesson may be stopped and there may be no playable file. Report any problem without delay through the support channel. Joining the lesson and accepting recording does not authorise public or advertising use. That requires separate express permission from every identifiable person and, for a minor, their parent or legal guardian where applicable. The ability to access, play back, internally review, or publish the file through Hola25 expires automatically no later than 90 days after the lesson, and the file becomes unavailable. After expiry, the periodic process attempts deletion through the applicable managed storage authority — the Live Lesson Service or Private Recording Storage. If the applicable service does not confirm deletion, the operation is retried and escalated without restoring access in the meantime.
Use the "Report" option next to a profile, listing, review, lesson, or conversation. If it is unavailable, email contact@hola25.com. Include the URL or identifier, an explanation, and, for alleged illegality, the reason and known legal rule. Do not send or reproduce CSAE/CSAM; identify its location only and contact authorities immediately where someone is at risk.
We acknowledge receipt and provide a tracking identifier where the channel supports it. We assess the notice impartially and may request clarification. A sufficiently precise notice can lead to temporary restriction, removal, suspension, evidence preservation, or referral to authorities.
A measure is proportionate to the nature, severity, frequency, and effect of a violation. We may limit visibility or access, remove content, stop monetisation, suspend functions or the account, or end access. We do not promise that every report results in removal.
When we impose a restriction, we tell the affected person, to the extent required by law: the content and scope of the measure, main facts, legal or contractual basis, any use of automated means, duration, and available redress. We may withhold detail that would endanger a child or person, fraud prevention, or an investigation.
The author, affected person, or reporter may challenge an outcome at contact@hola25.com, identifying the notice or content and explaining the challenge. A person re-examines the decision and may uphold, amend, or reverse it. Where digital-services law applies, certified out-of-court dispute bodies and competent courts remain available.
Teachers who publish listings are not pedagogically vetted or endorsed by Hola25. Account, eligibility, fiscal-identity, or payment checks required for an on-platform product do not certify teaching ability. Learners and parents should assess the information and report misleading claims.
Content in the temporary sticker-exchange feature, including offers and contact information, follows this policy. Hola25 is not a party to an exchange and does not guarantee sticker condition or delivery. Do not publish an exact home address or a child's information; arrange exchanges safely. The feature terms are in the Terms and Conditions.
