Scheduled calls and webinars have a specific date and access point. The event page remains the source for current status and available actions.
Follow a scheduled call
Open the scheduled calls list from a notification or your account and check the displayed date, time and time zone. A countdown shows when access opens, five minutes before the scheduled time.
You receive notifications when the call is created, about five minutes before it starts and when the room is ready. If the connection drops, use Resume call or Rejoin; the room remains available until the end of its window.
Time is counted only while both participants have an active media connection. If the host does not join or the call is never started before the window closes, it is marked as not started.
Attend a webinar
The webinar page shows its description, schedule and participation method. When registration is required, complete the form and keep the confirmation message for access.
Frequently asked questions
How early can I join a scheduled call?
You can join up to 5 minutes before the scheduled start time; before that, the join button stays unavailable.
I was late for my scheduled call. Can I still join?
Access closes at the call's scheduled end time; once that time has passed, you can no longer connect to that call.
What happens when I register for a webinar?
You get email reminders before the event; you can unregister anytime from the same page without losing access if the webinar is public.
Can I watch a webinar without an account?
It depends on the event — some webinars allow anonymous viewing, others require sign-in; the webinar page shows exactly what's needed.
The webinar I registered for shows as canceled. What do I do?
If the displayed status is Canceled, the event is not happening; check the webinars page for other scheduled sessions.
How many people can attend a webinar at once?
Each webinar page shows the displayed capacity for concurrent viewers. If that limit is reached, live access stays blocked until a place becomes available.
