Find collectors and propose a sticker trade

A trade starts with two accurate lists: the duplicates you offer and the stickers you want to receive. Hola25 sends the proposal and displays the response, while participants arrange the details directly.

Before you start
- Your collector profile is configured.
- Your album has at least one saved Duplicate.
- You checked which stickers are missing and what you can offer.
Steps to follow
Open Trades and narrow the list
All collectors shows visible profiles with duplicates in the current collection. Filter by county when you want to find people in a particular area.
For you calculates matches using saved duplicates and missing stickers and is available to accounts with the required subscription. Check every match before sending a request.
- Open Trades from the collection navigation.
- Keep All counties or select a county.
- Compare duplicate counts, missing counts and public details.
Expected result
You have a list of collectors relevant to the collection and area you selected.
Open a collector profile
The collector card opens a page showing their duplicates and, in a separate section, the album available for viewing. Search by name, team or code.
Contact details are not displayed in the trade composer. For accepted trades, the application reveals contact information in My requests.
- Choose a collector from the list.
- Search for the sticker you need.
- Check their duplicates and your duplicates in the separate lists.
Expected result
You see the two lists used to build a trade proposal.
Select what you want and what you offer
Under Their duplicates, select at least one sticker you request. Under Your duplicates, select at least one sticker you offer. Interface markers help you notice what you or the other collector is missing.
Check both lists before sending. An incomplete request is rejected, and the application prevents multiple pending requests to the same collector for the same collection.
- Select the sticker or stickers you want.
- Select the duplicates you offer.
- Review both groups.
- Select Send request.
A request is a proposal
Sending it does not complete the trade. Wait for the response and arrange details directly only after acceptance.
Expected result
The request is shown as sent and the other collector can accept or reject it.
Follow the response in My requests
Received and sent requests are shown separately with Pending, Accepted or Rejected status. The recipient can accept or reject a pending request.
Check the status instead of sending duplicate requests. An accepted request remains in the list with the information needed for the next step.
- Open My requests.
- Check the Received and Sent sections.
- For a received request, compare stickers before Accept or Reject.
- After the response, check the request's new status.
Expected result
Both users see the status and an accepted request can continue to arranging the exchange.
Arrange the accepted trade directly
After acceptance, available contact details are shown to the participants. Use them to arrange handover, shipping and any other conditions directly with the other user.
After the exchange, update your album: offered stickers should no longer appear as duplicates and received stickers should no longer appear as missing.
- Copy the contact shown for the accepted request.
- Clarify stickers, location or shipping and the handover time.
- Check the stickers before completing the exchange.
- Update and save the album after the trade.
Arrange the exchange carefully
Hola25 helps collectors find each other. Check the person, stickers and conditions before handover or shipping.
Expected result
Participants agree on the conditions and the album reflects the situation after the exchange.
If something does not work
I cannot see other collectors.
Remove the county filter and confirm you opened the correct collection. The list can be empty when nobody has visible duplicates.
There is nothing under Your duplicates.
Return to Album, correctly mark at least one Duplicate and save your changes.
The request says the selection is incomplete.
Select at least one sticker in each list: one requested from their duplicates and one offered from yours.
I already have a pending request.
Follow the existing request in My requests. Do not send a duplicate proposal to the same collector.
Frequently asked questions
Can I filter collectors by location?
Yes, filter the list by county to find people in your area; without a filter you see every visible collector in the current collection.
What does the For you tab do?
It automatically computes matches from both sides' saved duplicates and missing stickers, but it needs an active Premium subscription; without it you only see the full collector list.
What do I need to select to send a trade request?
At least one sticker from the other collector's duplicates (what you request) and at least one from yours (what you offer); a request missing either side is rejected.
How do I know if my request was accepted or rejected?
Check My requests — the status shows Pending, Accepted or Rejected; the other person's contact details appear only after acceptance.
How do I remove an already-resolved request from my list?
Hide an accepted or rejected request from My requests — it disappears only from your own list, not the other person's; a still-pending request must be accepted or rejected first.
