Start and complete your sticker album

Your digital album keeps an inventory of the collection and powers trades and listings. Set up the collector profile first, then mark and save statuses using your physical album.

Before you start
- You are signed in to Hola25 and your main profile is complete.
- You know which contact method you want to use: phone or Instagram.
- Your physical album is nearby so you can mark stickers accurately.
Steps to follow
Choose the collection you want to complete
Open Stickers and choose an active collection. Every collection has its own catalog, album, trades and marketplace listings.
Check the collection name at the top before editing the album. Saved statuses from one collection are not automatically copied to another.
- Open Stickers from Hola25.
- Choose the collection card you need.
- Continue to Album or profile setup when prompted.
Expected result
You see the correct collection and navigation for Album, Market, Trades, My requests and Settings.
Set up your collector profile
Enter your contact type and contact value. City and county are optional, but they help collectors find people in the same area.
For trades, your contact details are shared with the other user only after the request is mutually accepted. Return to Settings whenever you need to update your details and available preferences.
- Choose Phone or Instagram.
- Enter a valid value for the selected method.
- Add your city and county if you want to be found by area.
- Select Start album.
Use an appropriate contact for trades
Do not enter someone else's details or continue a conversation that seems abusive or suspicious. Use reporting when needed.
Expected result
Your collector profile is saved and the application takes you to the album.
Mark what you have, your duplicates and what is missing
In Album, each tap cycles the sticker status through Have, Duplicate and Missing. Duplicates become available for trade, while missing stickers support matching and show what you are looking for.
Use search and team filters to update the album more quickly. Bulk controls can mark several stickers, but check the result before saving.
- Search by player, team, code or number.
- Tap once for Have and once more for Duplicate.
- Tap again for Missing when you do not own the sticker.
- Repeat for the base and special sticker areas.
Duplicate means you can offer it
Use Duplicate only when you own an extra copy. Other collectors rely on this information.
Expected result
Cards display statuses matching the stickers in your physical album.
Save changes before leaving
The save bar appears after your first change. Select Save changes to send statuses to your account, or Reset changes to return to the last saved version.
If saving fails, confirm that your collector profile is configured and that you are connected. Do not close the page until the saving state completes.
- Quickly review the selected duplicates and missing stickers.
- Select Save changes.
- Wait for the save bar and saving indicator to disappear.
Expected result
Your saved album is used in Trades, on your collector page and when selecting stickers for a listing.
If something does not work
I cannot save the album.
Open Settings, complete the collector profile and try again. Also check your connection before repeating the save.
I marked many stickers incorrectly.
If you have not saved, use Reset changes. If you already saved, correct the statuses and save a new version.
I do not appear in Trades.
Save at least one Duplicate and check in Settings that visibility in trades is enabled.
The trade-list image is not generated.
Confirm that saved duplicates or missing stickers exist, and try again after a minute if you reached the temporary limit.
Frequently asked questions
How do I mark a sticker as Have, Duplicate or Missing?
Tap the sticker card: the first tap marks it Have, the second Duplicate, the third moves it to Missing. A sticker you haven't touched yet shows as Missing by default.
Why can't I offer a sticker marked only Have in a trade?
Trades only accept stickers marked Duplicate — Hola25 checks that exact status. If you only own one copy, keep it marked Have.
Do saved statuses carry over between collections?
No. Every collection has its own catalog and album; a sticker marked Duplicate in WC2026 isn't automatically marked in another collection.
I have a physical sticker that isn't in the digital catalog at all. What do I do?
From Album you can report a sticker missing from the catalog with its name, team and code; you can't add it yourself, but the team receives the report.
What happens if I close the page without saving?
Unsaved changes are lost — the save bar stays visible until you select Save changes or Reset changes.
How many stickers are in the WC2026 catalog?
The catalog contains 1,219 stickers in total: 980 base stickers and 239 special editions. Completion percentage uses the 980 base stickers, but special editions can also be marked, listed and traded.
