Publish and manage a sticker listing

Market lets you publish a lot using stickers marked as owned in your album. Describe the selection and price accurately, then keep the listing status current.

Before you start
- Your collector profile is configured with valid contact information.
- Your album has saved stickers marked Have or Duplicate.
- You decided the lot price and which optional details you want to publish.
Steps to follow
Open the sell form from Market
Open Market in the correct collection and select Sell stickers. The publishing form uses stickers you marked as Have or Duplicate in your album.
If the list is empty, return to Album and save your statuses. You cannot publish a sticker your account does not show as owned.
- Check the collection name.
- Open Market.
- Select Sell stickers.
Expected result
You see the sell form and the stickers available for selection.
Select the exact stickers included
Duplicates appear before single copies, and search helps you find a player, team or code. Select only the stickers you intend to include in the same listing.
The form price is the listing price for the published selection. If items are sold separately, create separate listings so buyers do not need to guess.
- Search or scroll to the stickers you need.
- Select every sticker included in the lot.
- Review the selection before entering the price.
Expected result
The form contains at least one sticker and reflects the lot you offer.
Enter the price and details
Enter a price greater than zero and choose the currency. Enable Negotiable only if you are prepared to discuss another price, and use the note for sticker condition, lot condition or useful details.
A photo is optional. If you add one, use a clear image of the actual stickers and avoid personal details, faces or anything else that should not be public.
- Enter the price and choose RON, EUR or USD.
- Choose whether the price is negotiable.
- Add a clear note and, optionally, a photo.
- Check the selection and total one more time.
Do not promise what you cannot hand over
Publish only stickers you own and update the listing quickly when they are no longer available.
Expected result
The listing has every required field and clearly describes what you offer.
Publish and check the listing page
Select Publish listing and wait for confirmation. An active listing can appear in Market and has a public page where other users see its stickers, price, note and available seller information.
Open the public page after publishing. If you notice an important mistake, withdraw the listing and publish a corrected version.
- Select Publish listing once.
- Wait for the publication confirmation.
- Open View listing and check the public information.
Expected result
The listing is active and can be found by people browsing the collection marketplace.
Mark the listing sold or withdraw it
My listings shows the listings created for the current collection. Use Mark sold when the lot was sold or Withdraw when you no longer want the listing to be active.
Buyers use the contact reveal option to discuss directly. Hola25 does not collect payment or arrange shipping for these listings; users agree on the conditions between themselves.
- Return to Sell and open My listings.
- Identify the listing by stickers and price.
- Choose Mark sold or Withdraw for the situation.
- Check the new status on the card.
Payment and handover are arranged directly
Clarify price, payment method, handover or shipping before continuing and keep evidence of the conversation.
Expected result
The listing is no longer shown as an active offer and its status reflects what happened.
If something does not work
No stickers appear in the form.
Return to Album, mark stickers as Have or Duplicate, save the changes and reopen the form.
The form asks for a sticker or valid price.
Select at least one sticker and enter a number greater than zero in the price field.
The photo is not uploaded.
Try a JPG, PNG or other accepted image below the displayed limit, and check photo-access permission.
The listing is no longer available.
A sold or withdrawn listing is no longer active. Check its status in My listings and publish another only when the offer exists again.
Frequently asked questions
Which stickers can I include in a listing?
The sell form only shows stickers marked Have or Duplicate in your album for the current collection; anything you haven't marked doesn't appear to select.
How many stickers can I include in one listing?
Up to 50 stickers in a single listing; if you're selling separate lots, publish separate listings so buyers don't have to guess.
Which currencies can I use, and does the price have to be negotiable?
Choose RON, EUR or USD, and the price must be greater than zero; Negotiable is optional, not required.
What happens when I mark a listing Sold or withdraw it?
The listing stops showing as active in Market and buyers can no longer reveal its contact, but it stays in My listings with its new status.
Can I edit the price or selection after publishing?
No — the selection, price and photo stay fixed after publishing; for a mistake, withdraw the listing and publish a corrected one.
