These terms supplement the General Terms, Content Policy and child-protection documents. The Teacher may confirm the agreement before or after profile review. Offers become visible only after the agreement is confirmed and the separate approval and configuration conditions are met. Capitalised terms have the meanings given in the General Terms, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

1. Roles and no remuneration

HOLA25 controls the offer for the Student, collects and retains the full booking price paid by the Buyer, issues the Buyer's document, and handles cancellation, refund and dispute. The Teacher is not the seller of the Trial Lesson and issues no tax document for this payment.

HOLA25 sets product eligibility, the Buyer price, and permitted durations. Under the current configuration, the Teacher selects the exact duration for the offer from the 25- or 50-minute options enabled by HOLA25; the Teacher cannot offer another duration or price through this flow.

Participation is voluntary and unpaid. The Teacher earns no amount payable, balance, share of price, or income from the Trial Lesson fee. If HOLA25 introduces cash or in-kind remuneration, participation stops until a new classification and terms are approved.

Under this product, neither HOLA25 nor the Student or Buyer owes the Teacher remuneration, compensation, or payment for the demonstration. HOLA25 does not guarantee that a Trial Lesson will lead to a paid booking, any number of Students, or any compensation if no conversion occurs.

This is not employment, a sales mandate, partnership or representation. The Teacher cannot bind HOLA25 or promise future paid services to the Student on HOLA25's behalf.

2. Eligibility and required data

The Teacher must be an adult with legal capacity, maintain an accurate profile, meet identity, safety and subject requirements, and have active availability. For the unpaid role in this product supplied to the Buyer by HOLA25, the Teacher's country or residence neither authorises nor blocks a booking or payment. Buyer eligibility, fiscal treatment, and the document issued to the Buyer are determined separately under HOLA25 rules and the payer's confirmed residence and billing data. Approval gives access to the flow; it does not certify a professional qualification.

For participation in Trial Lessons, HOLA25 may establish, update, and repeat criteria that differ by product, subject, capacity, and risk. We may request documents or declarations about identity, age, contact details, the right to participate, declared experience or preparation, safety and conduct, availability, attendance, response speed, and technical readiness, as well as a demonstration or training. Meeting criteria does not guarantee acceptance or continued access and does not certify qualifications. These checks apply to participation in Trial Lessons; if new data collection is activated, the applicable privacy notice will be presented beforehand. We provide reasons and an appeal route where the law requires.

3. Eligible subjects

A Trial Lesson may be booked only for an approved and active subject configured by the Teacher for teaching through HOLA25. The 25- or 50-minute durations enabled by the Teacher and the Teacher's availability determine which options can be booked.

Enabling Trial Lessons applies to all the Teacher's approved and active subjects that also meet the remaining eligibility conditions. The Teacher chooses the available durations and time slots and keeps the information current. Disabling Trial Lessons or a subject stops new bookings but does not automatically cancel confirmed ones. The applicable subject and configuration are retained in the booking record for support and verification.

4. Teacher duties

  • confirm, decline or request rescheduling only through the available flow;

  • join on time with working equipment, remain for the confirmed interval, and respect the selected duration;

  • respect professional boundaries, child safety and confidentiality;

  • never request payment for the Trial Lesson, tips, card data or off-Platform payment;

  • promptly report a safety incident, fraud or serious unavailability.

The exact acceptance, cancellation, rescheduling and no-show window appears in the booking. Abuse, repeated cancellations or no-shows may end participation without creating a payment obligation to the Teacher.

If a Student breaches rules, disrupts the lesson, or creates a risk, the Teacher may remove the Student from the live room and block re-entry only for that lesson, using the available control and reporting the incident. This does not automatically cancel the booking or itself decide a refund; HOLA25 separately reviews the facts, evidence, and accepted rules. Teacher lateness, leaving early, repeated failure to respect duration, cancellations, or no-shows may lead to new bookings being stopped, participation being suspended, or future bookings being cancelled. If HOLA25 cancels a paid Trial Lesson, the payment outcome is decided case by case under the Refund Policy applicable to that booking and mandatory law.

5. Recording and child protection

Recording the lesson is a mandatory characteristic of the Trial Lesson. The Teacher separately acknowledges the recorded format before activation or room access, and the Buyer separately accepts it before payment. That acknowledgement proves the characteristic was presented; the processing grounds are explained in the Privacy Policy and do not arise from the checkbox alone. The recording captures only audio, video, and screen content the participant enables; the camera may remain off where the room permits. Mandatory acceptance permits the Trial Lesson and the contractual uses described here; it is not permission for publication, advertising, or training people or systems. Any such use requires separate, express, purpose-specific permission from every identifiable person and, for a minor, from the parent or legal guardian authorised to act for that minor.

The Teacher and Student may access the part of the recording for which they have access rights; authorised HOLA25 personnel may review it only for safety, refunds, or disputes. Access rights are determined from the service records and do not guarantee playback corresponding second by second to each person's presence. The Teacher must not make local copies, capture playback, or publish or redistribute the recording or any excerpt. Under the current configuration, access, playback, and review end no later than 90 days after the Trial Lesson, and the file becomes unavailable. The deletion process removes the file from the systems HOLA25 uses to run the lesson and store the recording. If deletion is not confirmed, the system tries again and sends the case to the responsible team without restoring access. After the deadline, the video file is not kept for claims or other legal duties. Until HOLA25 introduces the necessary safeguards in its systems, only separate evidence that is not the video file may remain longer under the Privacy Policy and law. HOLA25 may later retain the file on a restricted basis beyond 90 days for a claim or legal duty, but only after the necessary safeguards exist in HOLA25 systems and the notice, terms, and, where required, acceptance have been updated. Such retention would not extend Teacher or Student access and would be limited to staff, advisers, Technology Providers, and authorities that need it for the relevant claim or duty. A device, network, service, processing, or storage failure may delay synchronisation, create gaps or errors, or mean that no usable recording exists. The Teacher promptly reports any missing recording, incorrect access, or playback issue in the Account or to support; HOLA25 does not guarantee recording availability or completeness.

The Teacher follows the Child Safety Standards, does not request intimate data, secret contact or unauthorised meetings, and uses permitted channels. Suspected abuse or grooming must be reported immediately.

6. Visibility and reviews

Trial Lesson availability may be displayed on the Teacher's public profile, the subject page, and other HOLA25 areas that present subjects taught through the Platform. Participation does not guarantee display in a particular place or a booking.

HOLA25 may stop or limit display of a subject if it is no longer approved or active, if the Teacher is no longer available or eligible, or for safety, fraud, or rule-compliance reasons. Display resumes only after the applicable conditions are met again.

After an eligible completed Trial Lesson, an adult beneficiary may write the review directly. The child does not write the review directly. For a child, a parent or family administrator authorised to act for that child may write only when the dedicated Family review-delegation option is active and displayed for the booking; without that option, these Terms do not grant the adult a right to write on the child's behalf. One review is permitted per beneficiary–Teacher pair. Reviews may be reported and moderated for fraud or rule breaches.

7. Data and confidentiality

The Teacher receives only data needed to book and deliver and must not use it for own marketing, external checks or unsolicited contact. HOLA25 processes profile, eligibility, availability, booking, attendance, acceptances, communications, the recording, and incidents under the Privacy Policy.

Operational access closes after termination, but HOLA25 may retain evidence required for safety, complaints, defence of rights and legal duties. The Teacher keeps Student information confidential after termination.

8. Moderation, appeal and termination

HOLA25 may refuse, restrict, suspend or end participation and remove content for risk, fraud, safety, false data, repeated no-shows or rule breaches. Where law permits, we explain the reasons, rule, any automation, and appeal route in a message the Teacher can save and review later.

The Teacher may appeal by replying to the notice or at contact@hola25.com and may use applicable Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (DSA) mechanisms. Participation may be disabled prospectively, but confirmed bookings must be resolved under displayed rules. HOLA25 may act immediately for child safety, fraud, security or legal duties.

The Teacher supplies evidence and accepts that HOLA25 may review and mediate complaints or disputes about Trial Lessons. HOLA25 decides restrictions, cancellations, and the contractual outcome case by case under the facts, rules accepted for the booking, and mandatory law. A refund decision does not guarantee that the money reaches the account immediately. Processing may be delayed or stop if a problem occurs; HOLA25 reviews the situation before deciding the next steps.

9. Changes and notice

By ticking the agreement and pressing “Confirm”, the Teacher agrees to these terms. We notify the Teacher about significant changes. We do not apply an adverse change retroactively except for law or urgent risk.

10. Complaints and governing law

Complaints go to contact@hola25.com. Romanian law applies, and business disputes go to the competent courts in Gorj County unless mandatory law provides otherwise. The Romanian version prevails to the extent permitted by law.
