Manage an existing tutoring listing

New listing publication is closed. If your tutor role was already active, you can manage your profile and existing listings, but a deleted listing cannot be recreated.

- You have prepared updates that do not require creating a new listing.
Steps to follow
Check what remains available
Hola25 no longer allows first-time activation of the listing tutor role or creation of a new listing. There are no per-user exceptions, and a deleted listing cannot be recreated after this stop.
If your role was already active, you can keep editing the tutor profile and existing listings. You may activate, deactivate, refresh or delete them.
- Open Profile → My listings.
- Read the notice about new listings being closed.
- Review existing listings before choosing an irreversible action.
Deletion is permanent
After new publishing stops, a deleted listing cannot be recreated. Deactivate it when you only need a break.
Expected result
The page does not offer Add listing, while existing listing cards and actions remain available.
Update your existing tutor profile
Open the Tutor profile card in My listings or the Tutor section in Profile settings. You may correct location, area, availability, photo and contact details.
If you save removal of the last photo, listings are hidden from search while their enabled choices remain saved. Add and save another photo to restore them when no other pause or restriction applies.
- Open Tutor profile.
- Correct only information that changed.
- Review public details and save.
Expected result
The existing profile keeps its enabled role and shows the updated public information.
Edit an existing listing
From the listing card, open Edit and update levels, duration, price, locations or description. The existing subject remains the service reference; the stop does not open a creation path for another subject.
Use an accurate description without guaranteed outcomes, and review every field before saving.
- Select Edit on the intended listing.
- Update the required fields.
- Save and wait for confirmation before closing the form.
Expected result
The existing card keeps the same listing and shows its updated information.
Activate, deactivate or refresh
Deactivate a listing when you take a break; it leaves search and can be activated later. Refresh updates the position of active listings and is available once every 24 hours.
Delete only when you no longer want to keep the listing. With new publishing closed, deletion cannot be followed by recreation.
- Check the status displayed on the card.
- Use Deactivate for a break or Activate when returning.
- Refresh only when the action becomes available.
- Confirm deletion only after accepting that it is permanent.
Expected result
Every existing listing has the chosen state and unavailable services are not left public.
Review the public page
Open View from the card and compare subject, levels, duration, price, locations, description and contact details with saved information.
For these listings, tutor and student agree schedule, terms and payment directly; Hola25 does not process payment for the service described by the listing.
- Open the public page from the card.
- Review the information on mobile and desktop.
- Return to Edit when a detail is no longer correct.
Expected result
The public page contains only current information about the service you still offer.
If something does not work
I cannot see Add listing or first-time tutor activation.
New publishing is closed. You can manage only the role and listings that already existed; there is no account exception.
I deleted a listing and want to recreate it.
Deletion is permanent while new publishing is closed. For a future break, choose Deactivate instead of Delete.
An active listing is missing from search.
Check the photo, tutor profile and every displayed pause or restriction. A saved active state does not remove another visibility blocker.
I cannot refresh listings.
Refresh is available once every 24 hours. Wait for the displayed period and try again; an error message means the operation did not complete.
Frequently asked questions
Why can I no longer publish a new listing?
Hola25 has closed new listing publication and first-time listing tutor activation. There are no account exceptions. You can continue managing listings that already exist.
What can I do with existing listings?
You may edit, activate, deactivate, refresh or delete them. Review carefully before deletion: you cannot recreate the listing while new publication is closed.
Can I reactivate a deactivated listing?
Yes. Deactivation keeps the listing and removes it temporarily from search. Reactivation remains available when the profile and other visibility conditions are satisfied.
My active listing is missing from search. What should I check?
Confirm the photo, tutor profile details and every displayed pause or restriction. A saved active state does not remove another visibility blocker.
What happens if I remove my tutor photo?
After saving the profile without a photo, listings are hidden while their active state stays saved. Add any photo to restore them when no other restriction applies.
How often can I refresh listings?
Once every 24 hours; the action shows the time remaining before the next use.
What happens if I delete a listing?
Deletion is permanent. While new publication is closed, you cannot recreate the listing. Use Deactivate when you only need a break.
What happens if I add the same subject on the platform?
When the subject becomes public on the platform, the existing listing for that subject is permanently deleted. You see a warning before saving; no separate email follows.
