Create and share your link

Choose 3–40 lowercase letters, numbers or hyphens and select Create link. Names are unique and cannot be changed afterwards. Choose another name if it is taken.

If Admin approval is required, the code stays reserved and inactive until approved. If the name is rejected, the form reappears and you choose another; the rejected name is released. Once approved, copy the displayed link. If automatic copying fails, select and copy the text manually.

The Hola25 team can deactivate a link, with a reason shown on the page. The old link stops working and its name is released, but accounts already confirmed stay attributed to you and their rewards continue. From the same form you can create a new link, including with the same name if it is free.

You receive an email when your link is pending, approved, rejected or deactivated, with the reason when the team wrote one.

How a signup is confirmed

The link opens the teacher's public profile with published lessons and groups, and shows the offered benefit. A plain visit stores nothing: the browser keeps the referral from the moment you press the create-account button, for the configured interval, 30 days by default, including when you explore other pages and sign up there. You can remove it before signup. The first valid referral stays until removal or expiry. Existing accounts are not new referrals.

A confirmation screen follows signup. If account provisioning is pending, it retries briefly and offers manual retry. A referral error does not mean account creation failed. Continuing without confirmation means attribution is not guaranteed.

New student benefit

A link may offer an optional benefit: a percentage off the first eligible paid lesson with a monetary cap (for example, 20%, up to RON 10), or one free Trial of the stated duration. Check the redemption deadline and final price before paying. A referred parent can use the benefit for themselves or one of their children when booking an individual or Trial lesson. The parent owns one benefit shared across all children; group checkout does not support purchases for children. The benefit is single-use, does not stack with other discounts and is not restored after a refund. Discounts apply only when the platform commission funds them; the teaching teacher's earnings stay unchanged.

What teachers see

The page shows your level in the rewards program: Holi stands on a plinth with your current level, a bar counts qualified accounts toward the next level, and the level ladder shows each level's percentage. Select a level on the ladder to read its rule. Under the bar you see what to do now: send the link on WhatsApp, copy it, or use your phone's share sheet.

Two tiles count confirmed registrations and referred accounts with at least one completed paid lesson purchase. Select Refresh for current data. Badges (Active link, First signup, First qualified student, the levels and First transfer) unlock from the same totals. Student names, IDs and lessons are never shown. The count does not decrease when an account is deleted.

If your offer or payment setup becomes inactive, the name stays reserved but new referrals pause. Deleting the teacher account removes the link and associations.

Rewards and withdrawals

When enabled, rewards apply for the lifetime of the referred account. Paid lessons use a configurable percentage of retained platform commission excluding VAT, after completion. The levels are shown on the ladder; when you reach a new level you receive an email, the page congratulates you once, and the new percentage applies to lessons completed from then on. Hola25 can also grant you a level directly: the page shows a "Level granted by Hola25" tag, the qualified-account counter stays real, and the granted level is a floor you keep until qualified accounts take you higher. Confirmed Trial Lessons paid in RON earn a bonus capped at retained revenue; Trial Lessons paid in another currency earn no bonus. Eligible purchases paid by a referred parent for their children also earn rewards; the parent counts once toward program tiers regardless of the number of children. Refunds adjust the balance and can lower the level. The commission card shows, per currency, earnings, the available amount and the transferred amount, plus a bar for the minimum withdrawal. Request available funds once the minimum is reached, provided your Stripe account can receive transfers; the amount is reserved, reviewed and transferred to Stripe. A request sent to review before any transfer can still be cancelled. Transfer history does not certify arrival in your bank account. When you delete your account, a remaining balance is withdrawn automatically in one request, even below the minimum; deletion continues once the transfer reaches Stripe.
