Write articles on the Hola25 blog
Updated October 24, 2026 · 3 min read
From your tutor account you can write articles for the Hola25 blog, published under your own name. Every article goes through review before it appears publicly, just like any content published on the platform.
Open the Postări tab and start a draft
From your tutor account, open the Postări tab — visible only if you have Teacher Hub access. Select Write an article to start a new draft; the draft saves automatically as you write, Check the “All changes saved” indicator before closing the page; if an error appears, select Save draft to retry.
Fill in title, description, content and cover
Add a clear title, a short description (shown in the article list and in Google results) and the article body itself, using the rich-text editor. For the optional cover, upload your own JPG, PNG or WebP image, up to 640 KB. The checklist shows what remains to complete; Preview lets you read the draft before submitting.
Submit for review — what review means
Once the draft is ready, submit it for review. A member of the Hola25 team reads every article before it goes public and also checks the usage rights of the cover image you chose. Review is strictly about the article, not a certification of you as a tutor — Hola25 is not certifying your teaching, only reviewing what you submitted. Turnaround is usually 1–2 business days; you can follow the request status and the conversation with the team directly from the request page.
After approval: where the article appears
An approved article appears on the Hola25 blog at its own address, signed with your name and linked to your author page listing every article you have published. It can also appear in the Articles section of your public tutor profile; that section's order and visibility are controlled from the public-page editor, just like any other section.
Edit or withdraw a published article
You can edit a published article at any time, but the change goes through review again — the live version stays unchanged until it is approved. While a submission is pending, you can withdraw it from the editor. A published article cannot be deleted by you; to fully remove a live article, contact the support team.
Frequently asked questions
Why isn't my article showing on the blog yet?
Every new or edited article goes through review before it becomes public. If you just submitted it, check the request status in the Postări tab or on the request page — it usually takes 1–2 business days.
Can I delete a published article?
Not directly from the editor. A published article stays on the blog until the support team helps you withdraw it; you can still edit its content, and the change goes through review again.
What images can I use for the cover?
You can upload your own image that you have permission to use, in JPG, PNG or WebP format (up to 640 KB). Usage rights for the chosen image are checked during review, before publication.
Does writing an article cost anything?
No. Writing, submitting for review and publishing an article on the Hola25 blog are free for tutors.
How long does reviewing an article take?
Usually 1–2 business days. You can see the request status and any messages from the team directly on the request page, linked from the Postări tab.
What does "Changes requested" mean?
The team reviewed the article and is asking for adjustments before publishing — the reason appears in the request's conversation. Update the draft and submit it again for review.
Do I need special approval to publish articles?
No, beyond Teacher Hub access and the standard review every submitted article goes through. Review looks at the article, not your profile — Hola25 does not certify tutors.
