Use lesson materials in the video classroom
Updated July 27, 2026 · 2 min read
The material library provides short, ready-to-use activities for live lessons. The same clear role rules apply to individual and group lessons.
The student suggests; the teacher controls
Both student and teacher may open the library and preview materials. The student uses Suggest to teacher; a suggestion does not open or change shared content by itself.
Only the teacher may open the material for everyone, change pages, and close the activity. In a group, every connected participant sees the same page.
Free and Premium materials
The pilot includes the free Present simple material. Premium cards stay locked until Hola25 checks the lesson recording and grants access. The app does not receive the content before access is approved.
In a recorded lesson
An open material is shared lesson content and may appear in the recording. Follow the notice shown in the room: do not enter personal data or content you are not entitled to use, and do not redistribute the recording.
The pilot validates the resulting file separately. If the material is not captured correctly, the teacher will use the safe screen-sharing fallback.
